Frequently asked questions

How do I restore my subscription?

Open Dhikr, go to the paywall or Settings, and tap Restore. As long as you're signed in to the same Apple Account you purchased with, your subscription will be restored.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are managed by Apple, not within the app. On your iPhone, open Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions, choose Dhikr, and tap Cancel. You'll keep access until the end of the current billing period.

Is my dhikr data backed up?

Yes. Your counts, streaks, and settings are stored on your device and backed up to your own private iCloud, so they follow you to a new iPhone when you're signed in to the same Apple Account. Your data stays private to you — we can't see it.

How do I dedicate dhikr to someone?

When you start counting, you can add a dedication — a family member, someone special, or anyone in your heart. Your totals for each person are tracked so you can see the dhikr you've gifted.

The sound isn't playing

Turn on Sound in Settings, then make sure your phone isn't on silent and your media volume is up (press volume-up while counting). The tick respects the silent switch by design.
