We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use Dhikr on Apple devices that you own or control, in accordance with the Apple Standard End User License Agreement (EULA), which also applies to your use of the App.
Subscriptions
Dhikr offers an auto-renewable subscription that unlocks its premium features. The following terms apply:
- Plans are offered on a weekly or annual basis. A free trial may be offered on the annual plan for new subscribers.
- The price and billing period are shown clearly in the App before you confirm a purchase.
- Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase (or at the end of any free trial).
- Your subscription renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Your Apple Account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime in your Apple Account settings (Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions). Deleting the app does not cancel your subscription.
- Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
Subscriptions are sold and managed by Apple. Refunds are handled by Apple in accordance with their policies; we are unable to issue refunds directly.
Acceptable use
You agree to use Dhikr only for lawful, personal purposes, and not to attempt to reverse-engineer, disrupt, or misuse the App or its services.
